How to Ship Your Package (Using the FedEx Label You Purchased)?

1. Prepare & Package Your Item

Use a strong, corrugated shipping box (preferably new or gently used with no old labels).

Wrap fragile items individually using bubble wrap / foam / packing paper.

Fill empty space in the box with cushioning material so nothing moves inside.

Seal all openings with strong packing tape (not masking or scotch tape).

Use the H-tape method: tape across the seam and both edges.

2. Print Your FedEx Label

You will receive a PDF shipping label by email from us.

Print it on normal paper using a laser or inkjet printer.

Do not resize or modify the label.

3. Attach the Label to the Box

Place the label on the largest flat side of the box.

Use clear packing tape over the label — but DO NOT tape over the barcode.

Barcode and QR code must remain readable and scannable.

Remove or cover any old labels or barcodes.

4. Customs (International Shipments Only)

All international shipments must include accurate item description and value.

The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes at destination.

These fees are not included in the label you purchased.

If the recipient refuses to pay customs, the package may not be returned or destroyed — no refund.

📌 Tip: Make sure the recipient is aware of possible customs charges before shipping.

5. Drop Off Your Package

Drop off at an official FedEx location only:

     FedEx Ship Center

     FedEx Office

❌ Do NOT drop the box at a 3rd-party “shared” shipping store
(Examples: UPS Store, PostalAnnex, Pak-Mail, Mom & Pop shipping stores)

These locations may refuse the package, delay shipping, or charge you extra.

💡 Use FedEx location finder: https://www.fedex.com/locate

6. Get Proof of Drop-Off

Request a receipt with tracking number from FedEx when you drop off the package.

This receipt confirms that FedEx has physically accepted your package into their network.

7. Tracking

Tracking updates will appear once FedEx scans the package.

You can track your shipment anytime at:
     https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack

Important Notes

No refunds once the label is generated.

If the package is returned because the recipient refused customs fees, shipping is non-refundable.

Packages improperly packed or damaged due to poor packaging will not be covered by FedEx.
